This is not a duplicate of bug 82654, as this isn't about the
interaction with the gnome-panel.
Could you please try testing with Compiz 0.7.8, available since Intrepid
release? If the problem still occurs, please try using the default human
theme to rule out problems specific to your theme, which seems to have a
large titlebar. Thanks for your report.
