I can perfectly reproduce problem every time. :-(

I can understand that I might need to format csv file to make it look I 
like. But I'd rather expect that all values of the same type in a column 
would be aligned and formatted in a consistent way. I can't understand 
why 2008 in a *.csv file is displayed as 2008 in one row and 08 in 
another. And why when the year value is displayed as 2008 it is left 
aligned and when it's displayed as 08 it is right aligned.

If it is not a bug why it is happening? Is it a feature. ;-)
