Hi Chris,

You drove me mad with the lack of success with my bug so I have looked 
into the matter again.

Looks like the problem is with software that has created the csv file.

As you can see in the file fragment below the problem is caused by some 
dates and times being put between quote marks.

"Telephonic Interpretation",49.07,0.5,24.54,"12/23/2008 10:59:34 
AM","12/23/2008 11:48:38 AM","Polish"
"Telephonic Interpretation",33.65,0.5,16.83,12/02/08 07:18,12/02/08 
07:51,"Polish"

Maybe I should file a bug report with developers of the website from 
which I have imported the csv file.

Sorry for wasting your time. Next time I file a bug report I will be 
more careful at gathering facts.
