Public bug reported:

Kubuntu Jaunty Alpha 3 + all upgrades. Clean install, but since /home
was on a separate partition, the old configuration files of the user
from Intrepid were kept. However, these configuration files are
essentially intrepid defaults.

If you move the mouse over the bottom panel, a bubble shows up. However,
the color of the text is very dark so that essentially nothing can be
read. This concerns the bubble coming from: the KDE menu, "show desktop"
applet, the bars related to windows, the clock, the wastebasket and
"recently plugged in" applet.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
