Yes, /etc/init.d/module-init-tools has an "S" not a "5", but for some
reason my system only has a symlink to the script in "/etc/rc5.d" - and
that *really is* run level five!

Maybe its not module-init-tools responsibility to setup the symlinks;
any suggestions on what tool *does* construct the symlink then?
