* debian/patches:
- xubuntu_00_open-xubuntu-docs.patch: dropped, it breaks the "Help" menu
item for vanilla xfce4 systems (LP: #239904). The xubuntu-specific part
is going to land in xubuntu-default-settings, again.
- series: dropped.
* debian/{control,rules}: drop quilt rules and b-dep.
