It is cirtainly not expected that this chipset would cease to be
supported. Could you confirm that this is still true with the latest
Hardy kernels, mostly the reports here lack the full version from
/proc/version_signature to be 100% sure. If it does still not work with
the latest -proposed kernel, then we will need lspci -vvnn output and
also dmesg output from a boot which failed. If you could test and
report back here, attaching those outputs if it fails that would help.
