Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You didn't include the version of Ubuntu that you are
running which would be quite helpful in resolving this issue. However,
I'm guessing that you are running the development release, 9.04. If
that is the case please update your system and try reporting a problem
again via 'ubuntu-bug python-launchpad-bugs' (in a terminal) and see if
the problem report gets uploaded okay and a new browser tab opened.
