not sure what you mean by document it in debian/changelog

Since when is it manditory to have get-orig in rules for extensions (or
for every package?

Last time i checked no Mozilla packages have +dfsg in them and we remove
files from all of the ones with nobinonly in the name (as i recall that
is all of them that we make nobinonly)

I will look for the .exe maybe i missed it.

Howver as for the above why are they needed now when they havent been
needed for any other extensions or package Mozilla team packages?

I will attach the debian/copyright but everything from the 2 license
file in source are in there debian/copyright.
