Thanks a lot ! I finally have my sound. In alsamixer my internal speaker is mute by default. And the volume icon in the top of the screen was set as headphone volume. Unfortunately still remain some trouble subwoofer doesnt work ! (Maybe I need some built-in subwoofer driver or module?) I changed the icon preferences to show speaker volume but the fn+f5 and fn+f6 keyboard shortcuts still work for headphones. If I do System > preferences > keyboard shortcuts under the audio section I find only one raise volume and one lower volume without the possibility to specify which volume.
