This is definitely not a bug in ubiquity, the desktop installer, and I
have serious doubts that it's a bug somewhere in the depths of debian-
installer, the server CD installer.
I suspect that this is either a hardware bug, or a kernel bug. Therefor
I'm reassigning this to the linux kernel package so the kernel team can
verify or refute the latter.
