Thank you for your bug. That's not a gnome-system-tools bug, users
created by the installer or added by adduser are not member of that
group neither. If you want to suggest a such change for the distribution
the right place is the ubuntu-devel (or ubuntu-devel-discuss first
maybe) list (very few people read bugs compared to the mailing list)
