Gparted displays a warning icon and cannot resize ntfs partitions if the
"ntfsprogs" package is not installed. This is documented by gparted (
http://gparted.sourceforge.net/features.php ). As a result, Ubuntu's
gparted package suggests the ntfsprogs package.
