I've been using my ailing system for upwards of 4-5 hours now without difficulties of any kind. Consequently, it would seem that one of the browser addons; possibly Firebug; is/was my problem. I report this with considerable hope since I'm rather busy just now, but recognize that since the difficulty has been occurring randomly, there remains the possibility the problem is merely hidden by it's random nature. The fact that it failed twice while doing a Python compile of a lot of Qoodoo.org code continues to give me pause given that the browser was not (at least to my knowledge and from all outward appearances) involved. I have moved on from trying out Qoodoo for unrelated reasons.
I'll report back in a day or so if my system continues to perform with its historically robust fashion; or less if there's another failure... -- Frequent CRASH ALSA / pulseaudio / networkmanager https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/341009 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
