by pressing "Menu" key this is the output of xev:

   keycode 151 = (keysym 0x1008ff2b, XF86WakeUp), state = 0x0

There is also output of :
xkbcomp -xkb :0 -   >xkbcomp.txt
  With this stderr:  
     Warning:          Could not load keyboard geometry for :0
                     BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)
                     Resulting keymap file will not describe geometry

and output of:
setxkbmap -print > xkbmap.txt

And output of
input-events  'AT Translated Set 2 keyboard' :
   10:49:10.182578: EV_KEY KEY_WAKEUP (0x8f) pressed


It seems to me this is bug related to xkeyboard-config...
