+ update the tg3 to version 3.95 to support Broadcom 5785 NIC

** Description changed:

- Broadcom 5785 chip (device id is 0x1499) is an in-chip NIC in AMD SB800,
- it is the first chip that use the PHY layer in tg3 driver, however the
- tg3 3.94 version does not support the broadcom phy driver, this makes
- the 5785 worked abnormal with Ubuntu9.04 alpha4.

Broadcom provided some patches and trying to get the BCM50610 PHY worked
in the 3.95 version, but it still has the problems in the modules
loading order:phylib,broadcom,tg3. The tg3 driver forces the phylib
module to be loaded, but the phylib detects the 50610 as a generic 1G
phy. The driver rejects the generic phy, which is why the device
  ultimately fails to initialize.
