On jaunty/64, this happens 100% of the time when you start viewing *second* video. The first video viewed since miro started almost always is fine. Second video starts without sound, a few seconds later the image freezes, and a few more seconds later the gui becomes unresponsive (and the window grays out if you run under compiz).
miro 2.0.3-1ubuntu1under jaunty amd64, also happened with previous versions, but *did not* happen with the intrepid package taken from miro website and installed on jaunty (until it stopped working due to python version change).
