Some apps abuse NoDisplay so they can ship a menu item that is not shown
by default but you can turn on using alacarte since the menu spec does
not give them the ability to do so otherwise. As there is no distinction
between these apps and apps like vinagre there is no way to fix this bug
in alacarte.
