I got a change for this very issue, but didn't get round to import it
before I had to step back from development.

Jonathan is going to take care to get this in for Jaunty.

Currently KDE does not automagically set the Country value, so for
example it does not know that in Austria 22.2 would be 22,2, and that
Austria is using € as currency...

Simply put, without a fix for this, the desktop is not localized at all,
it is just translated. Thus this needs to be addressed ASAP.
