@Bryce: Given that KDE doesn't work, wouldn't you think that this X update was ... of kind of low quality? ... I mean, just think about it - first KDE worked - then it didn't work - inbetween was an X update. Putting one and one together, I would say the update broke piovisqui's KDE, something an update shouldn't do if I am not mistaken.
