Confirmed on latest jaunty UNR on Eee900 netbook with 1024x600
resolution. The new card dialog box can be resized, but since the
controls don't scale with the resize, it doesn't do much good.
Workaround is to alt-click the window and drag it around until you can
get to the spots you need.
