I downloaded the daily-build on Apri 20th 2009 it came with new files associated with casper lupin-casper ubiquity-casper and of course casper. The stick created worked, I dont know if there are other files needed but you might try sudo apt-get lupin-casper ubiquity-casper casper and see if it works with those updates, it sure would be easier than getting another daily build.
