Also, please consider that the last thing we need is even more bug
reports which aren't described well or otherwise incomplete. Developers
and technical users are usually good bug reporters, my mother is far
away from being able to file one.

If anything, the UIs for bug reports should point out what it takes to
file a good bug report.

(Note that I'm not talking about crashes here. The apport data usually
speaks for itself, and most of the crash reports just have descriptions
of "huh? I don't know", which is fine. But see above, we disable that
for stables)
