Hello I was uder Intrepid and I upgraded to Jaunty with the automatic upgrade. I lost the Wifi also. So I tried the workaround.
At the end of the install of linux backports, I got the message "E: /var/log/apt/ directory not existing" I tried to launch ath5k. I receive the following message: "FATAL : Module ath5k not found."
