the properties for the launcher are not currently exposed via the UI, but
thanks for the suggestion as it would be useful.
For now, you can directly edit the .desktop file for your application and
change it's settings there - it will be reflected next time you restart the
launcher.
The .desktop file should live in /usr/share/applications and you'd need to
modify the "Exec=xxxx" line.
