Thanks for the suggestion! If you had clicked partial upgrade then
update manager would of continued to upgrade your system. I agree the
wording of the offer doesn't suggest that's what would happen so maybe a
further check to see if a distribution upgrade was interrupted could
help to display a more informative dialog. I'll mark this as confirmed
and hopefully a developer will set the importance to wishlist. :)
