I started my Ubuntu journey with version 8.04 a few months back. I was
thrilled to see Evolution actually work with Exchange -- with the
occasional connectivity problems. I began using my Ubuntu laptop as my
primary work machine (I'm in sales, so Office, Outlook and a web browser
are the tools of my trade)

When I upgraded to version 8.10, I started see more frequent errors with
Evolution.

This week I upgraded to version 9.04. I love this version improvements
(notification systems, faster, etc) -- but Evolution is completely
useless (Lost connection ... back end process ..... error) -- It
crashes every minute or so.

I tried the trial version of Crossover and install Outlook 2003. It is a
flaky solution at best as well. I tried the MAPI route -- no luck.

Developpers: Nice job on version 9.04. Evolution not working with
Exchange is the ONLY roadblock to making Ubuntu my primary coporate
machine -- but it is an absolute deal breaker. It makes evangelising
Ubuntu to my colleagues very difficult!

Please throw some urgency on this issue! Thanks in advance.

PS: Can I roll back Evolution without rolling back Ubuntu? (I hope this
question make sense!)
