You could try doubling it again, and maybe doubling the size of default- fragment-size-msec.
Note that this is very much a workaround rather than a fix -- as far as I can tell, it shouldn't be necessary. Then, I'm not entirely sure what (if any) negative consequences there might be, apart from the obvious slightly higher memory usage.
