** Description changed: When using a vertically rotated GNOME desktop in Ubuntu Jaunty, the video output of most programs (Totem, MPlayer, VLC, Dragon) does not rotate accordingly and is shown as if the desktop wasn't rotated. The only program that does get it right is Avidemux (if you don't count the flashplayer in Firefox).
