Solved! Using "Make USB startup disk" with Jaunty ISO... the installation detect "usb device" like a "optical/cdrom" drive with wrong parameters.
I've removed "/dev/sdd1 /media/cdrom0 udf,iso9660 user,noauto,exec,utf8 0 0" from /etc/fstab and rebooted for fix it!
