I did try to add "UXA" to xorg.conf and it helps me so far. I haven't had any crash for two days. If I had again, I will let you all know. I follow the instruction here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=7252603
But it seems the uxa is still unstable. one of the solution is to downgrade the driver as mentioned by xapient.
