If one has connected to a GVFS/gnome-vfs share and then uses a standard
HTML form for uploading a file, it is not possible to have the source
file be on the remote share.
In Hardy it is possible to select the file from the share, but the path
is never transferred to the form, in Intrepid the share is simply not
listed.
