'Proper' is a slippery term, and I'm not sure how it should be applied
here.
A few other ideas:
1. A few icons "featured" in the sidebar on the left, namely Synaptic.
2. Better categories (which I think is the real bug here): At least right now,
there are way too many icons in "System" and "Other", both of which are rather
catch-all categories as specified.
