After the problem occured to my machine, I installed the ubuntu-package of the vanilla-kernel (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds) It was Kernel v2.6.29. After a few weeks, it worked with the ubuntu kernel, too.... strange.
