He folks, Thanks as well for the heads up Walter, I have downloaded the new release that Ralink have sneaked out and unpatched it now solved my issue!!!!! So I'm now connected to full WPA2 (AES + TKIP), if eveyone can test this then I will have a word with Greg upstream and see if he can get the new driver after his patches have been applied in to the next kernel cycle.
