These crashes all seem to happening whenever X crashes, and its
perfectly reasonable for any X app to crash when X dies.
For those of you still having this problem, you should file a bug
against xorg-server or somesuch about a driver crash and attach a copy
of your /var/log/Xorg.0.log and /var/log/Xorg.0.log.old files, as a well
as a copy of the output of lspci -vvnn (two v's, not a w) so that the
new bug can properly be triaged.
