Without log files, there is nothing more I can do with this bug, and
it's quite possible that it was fixed in the month and a bit between
your report and the final Kubuntu 6.06 release. If you can reproduce
this with the final Kubuntu 6.06 LTS release, please reopen this bug and
attach /var/log/installer/syslog, /var/log/syslog, and /var/log/partman;
