After looking into this further, I see that the version of network-
manager-applet on my system (9.04 Jaunty) has a tab for DSL settings.
If you right click the applet edit connections, there is a DSL tab
there. If you click the add button, there is a tab for DSL to add
username, service, and password. Are you seeing something different?
If so, please make sure to include the version you are running, and a
screenshot would be helpful as well.
