* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes (LP: #379889):
- Python 2.6 transition:
+ debian/rules:
- Include include /usr/share/python/python.mk.
- Pass $(py_setup_install_args) macro to setup.py insall command.
- Pass --install-layout=deb to Makefile.
