This error message is pretty clear. Apparently you modified the
permissions of the certificate? It should be
rwx--x--- 2 root ssl-cert 4096 2009-04-15 12:37 /etc/ssl/private/
-rw-r----- 1 root ssl-cert 891 2009-04-15 12:37
/etc/ssl/private/ssl-cert-snakeoil.key
