Yes. reproducible! I also tried another computer, I can also find this
bug.

* If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?

step1.   In nautilus, we have to set icon-view-style or compact-view-style. And 
change background-color to black color (using Backgrounds and Emblems).
step 2.  Confirm that background-color and color of filenames changed. And you 
can also find that filenames changed to 'white-color' automatically.
step3.  Change view-style to another. and confirm that filename color changed 
to black-color with black background.  we can't see filenames.
