This is not a 'paper cut' because it is not a small, subtle, design
issue likely to effect most users the first day using Ubuntu.
Don't worry, though, this is still a bug, we just need to find the right
project to assign it to.
I would suggest by updating your description with what version of Ubuntu you
are using.
By the way, this does not happen to me, and I am on a slower system, so
this is not an issue effecting everybody.
