Jean-Philippe Fleury - give this version of Alberto Milone's workaround a try - I also had nvidia-common already installed but this worked for me!
Alberto Milone - Thank you, your workaround worked for me with this slight modification: I already had nvidia-common and the nvidia-xxx-modaliases packages installed. So following your workaround produced no change - there were no drivers listed. Then I went and removed all the nvidia-packages first then followed your workaround: Remove all nvidia packages sudo apt-get remove nvidia-* Kill jockey sudo killall jockey-backend Install nvidia-common sudo apt-get install nvidia-common Launch jockey - viola! Nvidia drivers options have returned!! -- (NVidia) "Hardware Drivers" is empty https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/315555 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
