A 'paper cut' is a minor usability problem likely to effect the average
user first day using a fresh install of Ubuntu 9.10. This is not a
'paper cut' because the list of packages will likely be hidden in Ubuntu
9.10.
Don't worry, though, this is a valid issue, just not a 'paper cut'.
