Sebastien, I am currently experiencing this issue on my jaunty system. When I plug in the MTP device, it automounts the mp3 player and adds 2 entries to the disk mounter applet as well. Not sure where it adds 2 instead of one, as only one shows up in the nautilus sidebar.
Once it is automounted a window opens up asking if I would like to open the device with rhythmbox, however rhythmbox cannot see it because it has been mounted by gphoto2. So to reproduce it, I guess all that is needed is to plug the device in. I'm a bit new to this so please let me know if you need any more info. -- gphoto2 backend unable to mount MTP audio player https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/291840 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
