It it an issue in Jaunty. The problem is in the kernel, I have crypt- fs... during BIOS it's ok but under kernel (type password for sda- crypt...) the keys are swaped. Same result with Jaunty. My bets guess is that Apple Keyboard patch. But since it's just this model affected (Jaunty on a HP DV7 AMD chipsets didn't have any issues, Hardy on a DV5200 same intel shipset as my HP 530 and didn't have an issue)... I am on my own.
This is puzzling, How to know what the kernel does with the keyboard? -- [Hardy] Right Ctrl and Fn keys swapped on HP 530 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/225249 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
