We can't simply create an autostart file and delay start-up of ubuntuone-syncdaemon. It will still be started before autorstart attempts to run it if we do, as the nautilus extension makes DBus calls to it, so that it can know which folder is the Ubuntu One folder, if there are any current transfers, and what the connection state is. The problem is that the syncdaemon is doing things it shouldn't be doing at this time, as well as doing some of them ineffeciently.
