Still a problem in Ubuntu 9 as of 2009/07/20 !! - I have 34 MB of bookmarks which takes 1+ hours to load from an html file on a top of the line Desktop. - At this size, the bookmarks cannot be dragged around to be organized. - Every attempted bookmark drag freezes all firefox components for several minutes. - While frozen, desktop graphics get smeared around the screen when moved.
