Ok, I goes in Synaptic and synaptic say that OpenOffice was not installed !!! so i install this add some missing dependency and now I can open my dbase file.
In fact the only problem is that i install again Openoffice manually. As long as you have OpenOffice working a little, who will have a look on Synaptic to see OpenOffice is not or badly installed !!!
