Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: manpages-posix

'man ulimit' describes the POSIX requirements for 'ulimit'. However, the
actual ulimit command is provided by the shell (for example bash), and
has much more functionality.

That's a bit confusing. Perhaps ulimit.1posix should point this out, and
refer readers to their shell's manpage (for example 'man bash') for more
details?

** Affects: manpages-posix (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
